Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing new designs
• Optimizing existing user interface designs
• Communicating with product managers and developers to understand their goals and objectives
• Creating prototypes, concepts, flows, layouts, and mock-ups
• Conducting an ongoing user research

About You

• Highly organized and detail-oriented self-starter with proven problem- solving skills
• Self-motivated, good communication skills and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to changing task priorities and workload in a fast-paced startup environment
• Must have proficiency in visual design and prototype tools (such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or equivalent tools),
• Manage responsibilities across multiple projects
• Knowledge of interaction design, user-centered design processes, as well as knowledge of UX principles and techniques
• Knowledge of wireframe, product prototyping and mockup preparation
• Ability to discuss and explain design options, bringing your own perspective to the table

Playable Factory is looking for a passionate 2D/3D artist to become part of a growing creative team. The successful candidate will work closely with the developer team and product manager.

Responsibilities

• Both low and high poly modelling, rigging and animating of in-game 3D assets
• Work in close collaboration with the developer team and product manager
• Create 2D assets
• Graphics design for banners and end cards
• Create mock-ups and storyboards with existing assets

About You

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for revenue growth at Playable Factory. You will drive new business and grow revenue from existing clients across our product portfolio, including Gearbox and Flex.
• You will size the market, establish goals and KPIs, and create a sales process to achieve those KPIs.
• You will develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts, particularly with key decision-makers within the gaming and non-gaming markets.
• You will represent and advocate for Playable Factory's value proposition, acting as a key spokesperson at industry events and meetings.

Requirements

• You have 4+ years of experience in sales/business development/account management roles in mobile advertising or mobile gaming.
• You have led a sales team; you have a track record in hitting sales revenue targets and success in client acquisition, retention, and growth.
• You have an existing network/relationships within the mobile gaming space and know decision-makers on UA or monetization in multiple gaming studios.
• You are analytical, understand market trends, and have a track record in data-driven decision-making.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills, you are solution-focused, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in English, additional language is an advantage (e.g. Chinese, Russian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Korean).

• Used NodeJS, ExpressJS for JSON API.
• Used NextJS on top of ReactJS to connect API and server side rendering.
• Developed back-end components with TypeScript to connect applications with web services.
• Working knowledge of databases NoSQL and SQL: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Knowledge and experience with Software Version Control systems: GIT, SVN etc.
